In Russia, a string of mysterious incidents involving high-ranking military officials.
One of Sergey Shoigu's closest associates in the Emergencies Ministry and his former deputy, Major General Major General Alexander Volosov, was involved in a strange traffic accident the day after the assassination attempt in Moscow on GRU general Vladimir Alekseev.
The "VChK-OGPU" writes about it, citing a source.

The incident occurred on Saturday around 5 p.m. near Rublevskoye highway, on a bypass road through the village of Kalchuga, not far from the village of Petrovo-Dalneye, where Volosov himself lives.
According to the source, Volosov's premium Chinese Changan UNI-K crossover lost control abruptly.
"The car with the AMO blatnaya state license plates had a brake failure," the report said. The accident occurred on a small road and with a snowy surface, which, according to interlocutors, helped avoid a severe accident. As a result of the collision, the vehicle ahead was only thrown to the side. Had the accident happened on a busy and large highway, the consequences would probably have been different.

Volosov is one of Shoigu's longtime associates. During Shoigu's tenure at the Emergencies Ministry, he served as first deputy minister. After Shoigu's move to the Defense Ministry, Volosov headed Spetsstroy Russia in 2016-2017.
The accident occurred just a day after the assassination attempt on GRU General Alekseev, which intensified attention to the incident.
