Zelensky: Ukraine Ready To Continue Fighting Russia

Better no deal than a bad one.

Ukraine is ready to fight Russia further if there is no opportunity to sign a good deal to end the war.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this in an interview with The Atlantic.

According to the publication, some members of Zelensky's inner circle are worried that the window of opportunity for a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia is closing. In their opinion, Ukraine allegedly faces years of continued fighting if an agreement to end the war is not reached this spring.

In turn, Zelensky, according to The Atlantic, emphasized in an interview that he would rather refuse a deal altogether than force his people to accept a bad one. The president also assured that after four years of full-scale war he was ready to continue fighting.

"Ukraine is not losing," the Ukrainian head of state said, commenting on the situation on the battlefield.
