The Kremlin has deprived them of their only channel of communication.
The Russian military has asked Roskomnadzor not to block Telegram, calling the messenger its "only channel of communication." Amid the discussion, they accused the service's founder Pavel Durov of "connivance with enemies," "Channel 24" reports.
Despite the statements about possible restrictions, pro-Russian circles claim that there will allegedly be no complete blocking of Telegram. This is reported by Russian propagandist Boris Korchevnikov.
What is known about Telegram blocking in Russia?"
Russian military officers, who identified themselves as fighters of the Albatross anti-drone group, have asked Roskomnadzor not to block Telegram. In a video released by the Lpr 1 monitoring channel, they said the messenger is their "only communication channel" and is necessary for the rapid exchange of information during the fight against UAVs.
The Russian military asked not to slow down the service or restrict it at least "in new territories," as this, they said, could reduce the effectiveness of their actions.
It is noteworthy that most of the occupants prefer to post the whole "truth-matka" by covering their faces.
One of the publishers calls Telegram "a key communication channel that allows coordinating the actions of units, transmitting orders, coordinates, data from drones" and states that "there is no working alternative to messenger".
"Telegram actually acts as a 'field headquarters in your pocket'. Therefore, any slowdown directly hits the manageability of the troops. Officers estimate that the loss of rapid transmission of video and images reduces coordination efficiency by 20-30%, especially in logistics and target designation," this Z-public is outraged.

How did propagandists, MPs and officials react to the blocking?
By these statements, Russian propagandist, CEO of the Spas TV channel and Rossiya-1 host Boris Korchevnikov criticized Telegram founder Pavel Durov. In his Telegram channel, he accused him of the messenger allegedly "helping enemies" and spreading "lies," and said Durov could have stopped it.
At the same time, pro-Russian blogger Anastasia Kashevarova reported, citing her own sources, that there seemed to be no plans to completely block Telegram in Russia. According to her, the messenger "will be left" despite the discussion of restrictions.
Roskomnadzor earlier said it would continue to impose restrictions on Telegram. Against this background, Z-communities criticized the slowdown of the messenger, and State Duma deputy Andrey Gurulev explained technical problems by "fighting NATO."
Telegram founder Pavel Durov, commenting on the situation, compared Russia to Iran.
"Russia is restricting access to Telegram, trying to force its citizens to switch to a state-controlled application created for surveillance and political censorship. Iran tried the same strategy 8 years ago and failed," Durov wrote.
The network founder said "restricting citizens' freedom is never the right solution." And Telegram "stands for freedom of speech and privacy, regardless of pressure."
In the meantime, Putin has also already had time to comment on the situation with the panic over the blocking of the service.
"I don't think it is possible to imagine that frontline communication is provided through Telegram or some messenger. It is difficult and impossible to imagine such a thing," the dictator's spokesman Dmitri Peskov said.
Blocking Telegram - Russian military asks not to restrict their access to messenger
Russian soldiers have appealed not to block Telegram, calling it a key communication channel. Propagandist Korchevnikov criticized Pavel Durov for allegedly condoning the enemy.
