Europe Will Draw Up A List Of Concessions It Will Demand From Russia

The head of European diplomacy, Kaia Kallas, said she would propose a list of concessions Europe should demand from Russia as part of a settlement to Russia's war in Ukraine, Reuters reports Reuters.

"Everyone sitting at the negotiating table, including the Russians and the Americans, needs to understand that a decision requires the agreement of the Europeans. And for this we also have conditions. And these conditions we have to put forward not to the Ukrainians, who are already under a lot of pressure, but to the Russians," Callas told reporters.
