Belarus is preparing amendments to the law on citizenship. The proposed innovations were reported in the Telegram-channel "tent".

Lawmakers propose to introduce a norm, which will allow to obtain Belarusian citizenship on favorable terms. Foreign investors will be able to take advantage of this opportunity.

At the same time, according to the report, it is planned to provide mechanisms to minimize the risks of possible abuse.

Conditions for investment, entitling to citizenship, will be enshrined in the Regulations on the procedure for consideration of issues related to citizenship of the Republic of Belarus.
