After repeated drone incursions.
Britain is urgently sending experts and defense equipment to Belgium after a series of dangerous drone incidents that have disrupted airports and military facilities.
It was reported by Reuters.
The commander-in-chief of the British armed forces, Richard Knighton, said the Belgian side had asked London for help after a series of drones forced the temporary closure of airports, diverted flights and suspended flights.
Equipment and personnel are already being sent to Belgium. What kind of equipment is being sent and how many military personnel are involved - the British side has not yet disclosed.
Nighton also noted that it is not yet known who is behind these drone flights. At the same time, he recalled that Russia has been actively using elements of "hybrid warfare" over the past few years, although Moscow has traditionally denied any involvement.
