The head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, said in an interview with "Channel 24", which was made public on YouTube on November 19, that Ukraine will move closer to a peace agreement with Russia in the winter.

The journalist recalled how in a recent interview Budanov said that many factors in Russia, Ukraine, as well as in Europe and the United States must coincide for the war to end. She asked whether Ukraine is now close to this or, on the contrary, has distanced itself during this time.

"We will be approaching this in the winter, let me put it this way. Our window will reopen in mid-February. All events will be from: early February to mid-February," Budanov replied.
