Officials are going to more actively raise tariffs for some housing and communal services in the coming years. We are talking about heating and water heating. Now the subsidized tariffs for these services are five times lower than economically justified. "Zerkalo" has calculated how the Belarusians would pay for housing and communal services, if 100% payment for all housing and communal services were introduced now.

Officials say that Belarusians pay 100% of the cost of housing and communal services, except for heat energy. But for these services, there is a noticeable difference between subsidized tariffs and economically justified - five times.

Now the full tariff for heating and water heating is 134.94 rubles per 1 Gcal, while the preferential - 27.2323 rubles.

Heat for an apartment of 63.3 square meters in one of the district centers for October is 55.59 rubles (but without hot water - this line is not in the payment, that is, the service is not used). If heating was calculated at the full tariff, the total amount would be 112.61 rubles.

For an apartment of 67.1 square meters (settlement unknown), the October voucher was for 85.25 rubles. If the heating and water heating were recalculated at an economically feasible rate, the total amount would have risen to Br157.63.

We remind you that Belarusians are discussing the "diminished" vouchers for October - the bills for the full tariffs for housing and utility services were calculated in a new way. The sums in them turned out to be higher than before.
