Another "last talk" on cattle grazing looms ahead.
Last week "Salidarnasts" wrote about the preliminary inspection conducted by the State Control Committee in pursuance of the ruler's "cruelest order" to "put things in order by November 7."
The matter concerned Vitebsk region, which Lukashenko criticized in a recent meeting. The head of the SCC noted a week ago that the region began to clean up, involving even teachers in the work in the farms.
But, according to the chief inspector, the work was done "mainly of an external nature - painting, whitewashing, removal of organic matter, garbage collection."
Then Vasili Gerasimov promised that the employees of his department would continue to check the farms of the region all weekend. And here is the new result.
CGC checked 46 agricultural organizations in the region. As last time, "in order to promptly restore order, employees of organizations of other spheres were involved". As last time, this did not save the situation at all: "order is being restored at dairy farms and complexes, but there are some violations".
What is behind the modest definition of "some violations"? And again a word to the controllers:
- The main typical violations and shortcomings - non-compliance with the rations of cattle feeding, lack of milk thawers and milk pasteurizers, failure to establish full order and non-compliance with the requirements of technological regulations for the maintenance and feeding of livestock, non-completion of preparation for winter-slaughtering of farm animals and others.
In other words, no matter how much you paint the fence at the farm, cows do not feel better. This means that the next "last talk" about cattle deaths is ahead.
