Pentagon Chief: Ukraine Will Get Firepower

According to him, the aid commitments made by European allies will turn into "real capabilities" of the AFU.

Ukraine's Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will receive "firepower" from the United States, Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth has said. He was quoted by the CNN television channel.

"Firepower is what's coming [to Ukraine]," the US defense chief said.

Hegseth stressed that the commitments made by European NATO allies to help Ukraine would soon turn into "real capabilities" of the AFU.
