Zelensky Reveals Lukashenka Begged Him For Forgiveness In First Days Of War

The Ukrainian president called the Belarusian dictator a murderer.

In the first days of the war Belarusian dictator Lukashenka begged for forgiveness for attacks from the territory of his country.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about this in a podcast with Lex Fridman.

The Ukrainian head of state said that Lukashenka claimed that he tried to dissuade Russian dictator Vladimir Putin from attacking Ukraine.

‘Do believe me, Volodya, it wasn't me, he told me. He said he didn't control the missiles, that it was Putin,’ Zelensky added.

Zelensky replied to Lukashenka that he was ‘just as much a murderer.’
