Belarus Increases Export Duties On Oil, Oil Products

The decision of the Council of Ministers has been published.

Export duties on crude oil and petroleum products have been increased since June 1. Today, the National Legal Internet Portal of Belarus published Resolution of the Council of Ministers № 354 of May 31, which defines the new rates.

Duties on crude oil, fuel oil, oil bitumen, vaseline and paraffin, and waste oil products have been increased by $1.8 to $16.2 per ton.

The duty rate for straight-run gasoline increased by $1 to $8.9 per ton, and for marketable gasoline, diesel fuel, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylene and lubricating oils by $0.5 to $4.3 per ton.
