Ukrainian Special Forces Liberate Borova

Fighters of the Kraken special unit hoisted the Ukrainian flag over the village.

The AFU have liberated Borova from the Russian occupants. The Main Department of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine says that Kraken special unit fighters took the most active part in the de-occupation of Borova.

"Warriors of Kraken successfully de-occupied the settlement of Borovaya in the Kharkiv region - raised the flag over the city!" the Telegram channel GUR says.

The Main Directorate of Intelligence also appealed to the Russian invaders: "Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions, and most importantly, the peninsula of Crimea is Ukraine. Did you come to us with a sword? By the sword you will perish!"

Borova is an urban-type settlement in the Izyum district, the Kharkiv region. It is the administrative center of the Borova settlement council, which also includes the villages Boini, Novoplatonivka and Sheykovka.

Borova is located behind the Oskol River. According to the legend of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the occupants planned to organize a defense in Oskol after "regrouping".
