"Problems with access to the official site of BelNPP were caused by IP-address spoofing. Attackers created a phishing page with attributes of the site of BelNPP to throw in unreliable information.

The phishing page was blocked after IP address spoofing was detected. The persons involved in the incident are being identified," - the report says.
