A serious devaluation of the Belarusian currency will take place no later than December.

Former presidential candidate of Belarus Valer Tsapkala addressed the citizens of the country:

- Hello dear friends!

You know that today there will be a meeting of the UN Security Council, which will be dedicated to the immigrant crisis in Belarus.

It is perfectly obvious to everyone that this crisis was provoked by the regime itself in order to put pressure on the West and, possibly, get some preferences from there, perhaps so that the West starts talking to it.

But they haven't spoken to terrorists for a long time. At best or in the easiest case, sanctions are imposed against terrorists.

What will happen in the near future with regard to the Republic of Belarus?

In early December, the fourth package of sanctions will be introduced, which was adopted mainly in relation to the oil and gas complex of the Republic of Belarus, Belneftekhim and Belarusian Potash Company.

The inflow of money and currency into the budget will sharply decrease. Now, in connection with this crisis, possibly new sanctions will be imposed, and a fifth package of sanctions will be considered.

Let's just recall the year 2011. 2011, when the sanctions were absolutely minimal against the Belarusian regime.

What happened to the Belarusian currency then? And then what happened was that 1 dollar cost 3 thousand rubles and it began to cost 8.5 thousand rubles. That is, the real value of the Belarusian ruble has dropped almost 3 times.

The same thing will happen now. I think that no later than December there will be a serious devaluation of the Belarusian currency.

In order not to risk, in order not to tempt fate, I urge Belarusians to withdraw money from ruble accounts in banks and keep them in hard currency at home. At this stage it will be more secure, at this stage it will be more correct.

Already, money is not being received or transferred from Western banks to the state-owned Belarusian banks. Therefore, if you have accounts in Belarusbank, Belinvestbank and other state banks, consider losing this money. Or, their volume may significantly reduce.

And today, private banks will, and are preparing to deny services to state-owned enterprises. I think that all this will cause a serious crisis in the banking system.

Therefore, I urge you once again: think about how to transfer all surplus funds, which do not move on momentary accounts, into dollar savings and wait until the regime collapses.

And it is quite obvious that the continuation of activity, the prolongation of the life cycle of this regime will lead to a worsening of the economic situation.

Because there are no prerequisites for the situation to somehow improve. There will be no investments, there will be no trade, there will be no arrival of new technologies. Accordingly, what exists today will simply become obsolete and unusable.

Therefore, I emphasize once again: the continued existence of this regime will most seriously affect the money, the wallets of all Belarusian citizens.
