The meeting will be held via video link.

Vladimir Putin will take part in a meeting of the so-called "Supreme State Council of the Union State." This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, writes TASS. But via video link.

“On November 4, Putin will take part via video link in a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of the Russian Federation and Belarus,” Peskov said.

The meeting was planned to be held in person - it was planned to sign 28 so-called union programs.

Let us remind you that, on the eve of the meeting between the head of the Kremlin and the Belarusian dictator, a major media scandal broke out. Lukashenka's media insulted Putin, hinting that the head of the Kremlin "hid in a bunker during COVID-19" and also "uses botox."
