Names Of Companies To Which Lukashenka Allowed To Profit On Illegal Migrants Revealed

The list includes 12 travel agencies.

In Belarus, 12 travel agencies were given a tacit right to get visas for foreign nationals directly at the airport in Minsk and make money on this. This is reported by KYKY.

According to the publication, Oskartur, Vizak, Dream Job, New Visa, New Flat, Olirti, Umno Tours, Bayling Tour, Golden Golf Group, Prestige Travel, Flamingo Travel and Ksaman Travel were granted such rights.

"All the others were simply cut off from these activities. Even those travel agencies that had already sold tours to foreign citizens, and are now unable to fulfill their obligations to them. In fact, there was formed a monopoly supervised by the state - or rather, a monopoly supervised by certain officials," says the source of KYKY.

It is noted that "there is certain damaging information about almost every director of these firms".

According to the sources, the most impudent of the above companies are OskarTur and Vizak, the founders of which are Iraqi citizens. Their representatives, among whom is, for example, Dzmitry Korabau, a former officer of the police department for combating economic crimes, can freely enter the "security zone" of the airport along with computers and printers in order to issue visa applications at special prices.

"An individual visa for a foreign tourist at Minsk airport costs 180 euros, but if you make a collective application for 50-60 people, the cost of the visa is reduced to 30 euros per person - if the application is submitted by a travel agency. It's simple math: representatives of privileged companies take "tourists" right from the plane, charge 180 euros per person, put these people in a group on paper and submit a collective application. The consulate collects a fee of EUR 30 per person, and the rest EUR 150 go to their pockets - this amount is given in cash and is not taxed at all. Today, Minsk airport receives about 500 such "tourists" per day, so you can count on it: 150 euros multiplied by 500 people - that's €75 thousand per day or more than €2.2 million per month, which the consulate loses," say the sources of KYKY.

It is also noted that Oscar Tour and Visak make the documents on the spot for $ 2 thousand for tourists, who arrive without any documents at all, contrary to the law. According to their prices, you can fill in and print out a visa application form for $25-50 (depending on the available documents), a working Belarusian SIM card costs $100, while the money can be changed at the rate of $100 for 100 rubles.

"There is no other way to pay for the services of the intermediary, take a picture on the spot or buy insurance," says the source.

As they say, Oscar Tour and Vizak invite 5-7 interpreters with knowledge of Arabic, who are not employees of these firms, to the "security zone" of the airport. All the money is quietly taken out of the airport right under the noses of our brave border guards.
