The coordinator of the civil campaign European Belarus Maksim Viniarski was detained by the GUBOPiK in a criminal case of "mass riots" (Article 293 of the Criminal Code).

During the search in the apartment, computer equipment, telephones, white-red-white symbols, stickers, and cans of paint were seized.
