Former Ambassador Of Belarus To Germany: There Is Another Reason To Sue Lukashenka

Former Ambassador Of Belarus To Germany: There Is Another Reason To Sue Lukashenka

Piotr Sadouski has made a proposal.

Two days in a row marches in defense of independence were held in Minsk. On Sunday, Piotr Sadouski, a diplomat and linguist, spoke on Kastrychnitskaya Square, which is called Kalinouski Square by the Belarusian patriots. He made a prediction about Aliaksandr Lukashenka's reaction to people taking to the streets, Radio Racyja reports.

- Lukashenka will say in a couple of days: well, I told the police not to touch them, let these detractors, political margins march around, and he will use such an insulting "Trasianka" wording, speaking in Russian, but inserting certain words such as "concerned oppositionists" in Belarusian. I personally have gathered 27 of such examples.

The people approved the proposal to demand a criminal case against Lukashenka for insulting the Belarusian language.

- There are groups of language experts at the European Parliament, at the European Commission. We need to either on behalf of the citizens, or on behalf of the meeting, or on behalf of Belarusian Language Society, it does not matter, initiate a case against the citizen who regularly foments enmity between the citizens of the state on language grounds.
