Special Services Kept Schoolchildren In Assembly Hall Until Night In Homel

They had joked about a bomb.

Mine clearance specialist, Interior Ministry, KGB, Investigation Committee and Emergencies Ministry employees came to school No. 55 to find out who had wanted to mine it. So far, the “terrorists” remain unknown, Belsat reports.

The school received an email with the threat of mining. Unknown people wrote that they bought explosives at the darknet, and, to avoid a tragedy, all the 9th graders were to get good marks in math.

The letter ended with the words: “See you in Valgalle” (this is a paradise for warriors in Norse mythology).

Until late at night, the pupils were interrogated in the assembly hall of another school.

The school reception informed the journalists in were told that the institution was functioning as normal.

“No one has been taken to the police. No one has been found guilty, no one has been punished. It was just an unsuccessful kids’ joke. Everything is in order,” – they answered.

Now a check is being conducted.
