Belarusian Sber Bank has put an office building on Kalvariyskaya Street up for auction. The auction announcement appeared on website IPM-Torgy.
The lot covers an area of approximately 490 square meters. The building, constructed in 1978, has four floors (one of which is underground).
The auction starts on July 14 with a starting bid of 2 million rubles.
This is not the first time in recent years that Sberbank has offered to sell its offices. For example, this past spring, another building in Minsk—on Uralskaya Street—was put up for auction. The starting price was nearly 4.4 million rubles. The lot was sold for over 5 million.
In addition, Sberbank has previously put its real estate in Polotsk, Zhodino, Mozyr, and other cities up for auction.
