Budanov Said Ukraine Will Not Stop Strikes On Russian Oil

Despite requests from its partners to stop strikes on energy facilities of the aggressor country Russia, Ukraine will not refuse them. This was stated by the head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov on April 9 during a meeting with representatives of the religious community. The video was released by "Novini.LIVE".

He confirmed that Ukraine had received relevant requests against the backdrop of rising oil prices due to the situation in the Middle East.

"But we have our own war," Budanov emphasized.

The head of the OP also recalled that Ukraine had faced the fact that its partners had asked not to use their weapons for strikes on Russian territory since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

"Their [allies] can be understood, this is their truth. But there is also our truth and our national interest," Budanov said.

When asked whether this meant that Ukraine would not stop the strikes, Budanov replied in the affirmative: "We will not stop."
