Lukashenko appointed a former trade unionist as ambassador.

Former head of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus Mikhail Orda has been appointed ambassador of Belarus to Mongolia.

Orda headed the FPB until 2024. He then became a so-called "House of Representatives" deputy. After his departure, Yuri Senko was appointed head of the trade union organization.

Orda also led the initiative group for Lukashenko's nomination during the 2020 presidential campaign.
