How to threaten the budget money and get another state sucker on the way out.

Lukashenko on Tuesday explored the scientific potential of the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation. A note by the state-run agency BELTA on this occasion is titled: "What shall we do next?" Lukashenko began his visit to BNBK with a question about the future."

If you suddenly thought that the ruler admired the multifaceted work of BNBK and decided to learn about the future prospects of the corporation, then no. Judge for yourself how much it smells of prospects, writes "Salidarnasts".

When asked "what are we going to do next?", Lukashenko reminded that "everything and even more" had been done for BNBK, but "unfortunately, there are no results".

- Although you get your wages correctly - almost 16% above the average regional level," he said.

- And listed all the "pluses" from the state, which BNBK had received:

- These are tax preferences, government guarantees on loans, and a special procedure for exchange rate differences. Budget funds in the amount of 226 million rubles were contributed to the authorized capital of the enterprise. Only preferential government loans of the People's Republic of China attracted about 600 million dollars.

And what is the result? Another state sucker. Unexpected, isn't it?

- The limit of support of this enterprise at the expense of the budget has long been exhausted, - stated Lukashenko.

That's where the very question from the chief planner of the country arises: "What shall we do next?"

But there is no need to think up anything. All the paths have long been blazed and the plans have been laid out point by point. To pour a lot of budget money into something global, to appoint people who are close and poorly versed in this sphere to leading positions (by the way, BNBK is headed by Daniil Uritsky - a fugitive ex-Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Daniar Usenov who changed his name and surname and citizenship), and to order the newly formed Frankenstein to develop "cruelly".

And so in a circle for 30 years.
