It was reported by Mehr News Agency on social network X.
In particular, the agency published a report about a "live chain" at a power plant in Kermanshah. The photo shows a group of Iranians gathered around the facility and holding placards with inscriptions and Iranian state flags.

The agency reports refer to such participants as "Iranian patriots." At the same time, the very nature of these actions indicates that authorities are trying to use the presence of civilians as an additional deterrent to complicate possible strikes on energy and other critical infrastructure.
