The Russian authorities are trying to hide such facts.
During 2026, 17 Russian aerial bombs "abnormally fell" on Russian regions and occupied Ukrainian territories.
Russian Telegram channel Astra writes about it on Tuesday, April 7, based on the analysis of data received from sources.
According to journalists, on March 7, FAB-500 "abnormally fell" near the farm Strelnikov village of Yakovlevsky district of Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Thus, at least 17 Russian FABs have already fallen on the Russian Federation and occupied Ukrainian territories this year, the publication states.
In the course of 2025, at least 143 such cases were recorded. In 2024, Russia dropped at least 165 FABs on its own or occupied Ukrainian territories.
"The Russian authorities try to hide such facts, and when civilians are among the victims of the fall of Russian bombs, they say that the reasons are AFU attacks," Astra emphasizes.
The journalists also pointed out that in January 2026, the Fighterbomber Z-channel, which is close to the Russian Air and Space Forces, admitted that Russian bombs regularly fall in the Russian city of Belgorod.
