AFU Liquidated A Well-known Russian Propagandist

He wrote a book about the war against Ukraine.

Nikolai Sharapov - Z-blogger and author of the "VELES quietly writes" Telegram channel - was liquidated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Sharapov's death was reported by his associates on April 4: he died of his wounds.

He was also the author of the book "Through His Own Eyes," dedicated to the war in Ukraine. In 2024, he received Russia's Arsenyev Literary Prize for this work.

In his Telegram channel with an audience of about 50,000 subscribers, Sharapov described the daily life of the Russian military in the Pokrovsky area and raised funds.

Sharapov is originally from Siberia. Since the start of the full-scale war in 2022, he has participated in combat operations, commanded a reconnaissance team and worked as a drone operator.
