Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has confirmed that Ukrainian specialists in several Middle Eastern countries have demonstrated how Ukrainian anti-aircraft interceptors shoot down Iranian Shahed-type attack drones. "We sent our military experts to the Middle East, in particular experts on interceptor drones and experts on electronic warfare. And we have demonstrated to some countries how to operate interceptors. Have we destroyed? Yes, we have. Did we destroy in one country? No, in several. And this, in my opinion, is a success," Zelensky emphasized.

The president noted that this is not about a training mission, not about training, but about support in creating a modern system of sky defense that can really work.

"Yes, they shot down the Shaheds. And that's a very good thing. For those countries that opened their air defense system to us, our experts were able to advise very quickly on how to make their system stronger. And somewhere we transferred our experience in defense directly to them," the President said.
