The Polish Air Navigation Agency (PAZP) announced that a no-fly zone is being created in the eastern parts of the country for three months. The flight ban was requested by the operational command of the Armed Forces due to the need to ensure the security of the state. The restrictions will be in effect from March 10 to June 9.
The ban applies to all aircraft that fly below 3 km. The list of exceptions includes civil and sanitary aircraft, they will have to obtain a special permit.
In September 2025. Poland imposed partial flight restrictions. This was along the border with Belarus and Ukraine after it recorded more than 10 drones on its territory, as well as the fall of a missile of "unknown origin".
