Zelensky Was Reported On The Results Of Negotiations In The U.S.
Vladimir Zelensky

There's no real movement.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has said that there is no real movement towards peace after the talks in the United States because Russia does not demonstrate readiness for diplomacy.

This is reported by Sharter97.org with reference to Zelensky's video message.

This assessment he voiced after the report of the Ukrainian negotiating team that returned from the United States.

"There is no real movement yet, unfortunately - Russia does not want to move towards peace," the president stressed.

At the same time, Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine, together with its partners, should continue diplomatic efforts to force Russia to real negotiations.

"It is important that both we in Ukraine, the United States, the Europeans, and other global actors do everything possible, everything necessary to make the Russians interested in diplomacy," the Ukrainian leader stressed.

He said the Kremlin could use the negotiation process to drag out time and get additional resources.

"The world must be reliable - that is our goal, and it will be. And we will respond to attacks. Obligatorily," Zelensky summarized.
