Contrary to Moscow's promises to raise wages.
In Russia, medical workers massively report a decrease in their salaries - on average by 25-30%. The main reason is said to be the cutting or complete abolition of incentive payments.
The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine reports this.
For example, in the emergency hospital in Vladimir. In January, the workers there were not paid any additional payments for labor intensity, and in February they were paid only 100 rubles "for quality". As a result, the medics lost from 10 thousand rubles monthly, and the annual income decreased by at least 40 thousand rubles. At the same time, the regional Ministry of Health denies the reduction of payments.
Similar situation in Suzdal, where in the district hospital the chief doctor canceled incentive payments for seniority and qualification from February 1 to March 31 because of the overspending of the labor remuneration fund. Despite this, the local authorities claim that the salaries of doctors have increased.
In Kurgan, the emergency hospital recorded mass layoffs of operating room nurses after their salaries were reduced by more than 10 thousand rubles in February at a prime rate of about 50 thousand rubles. The reason was given as "failure to fulfill the plan", but no explanation was given to the workers.
Despite the official statements of the Russian government about the allocation of 9.6 billion rubles to increase the salaries of doctors in 2026, in practice the situation is accompanied by a wave of complaints and dismissals.
Miners also left without money
At the same time, problems with payments are observed in other industries. In the Kemerovo region, the court recovered 8.2 million rubles from the coal company "Northern Kuzbass" for debts to employees with a total debt of 145 million rubles.
In the region, at least 19 coal companies have suspended operations, more than 6,000 miners are out of work, and the budget has lost 36 billion rubles in taxes for 2025.
In addition, a criminal case has been opened in Yakutia against the company AnthraciteInvestProject, which owes more than 196 million rubles to its employees.
