For five weeks.

US President Donald Trump announced the postponement of his visit to China and meeting with Chinese President Si Jinping. This is reported by C-Span.

"We are postponing the meeting. The impression is that it will take place in about five weeks," the American leader said at a meeting with Irish Prime Minister Michael Martin at the White House.

The day before, White House press secretary Caroline Leavitt said Trump's visit to China in late March and early April could be postponed because of the military operation against Iran.
