Russian "Shahed" With Explosives Fell In Moldova

A Russian drone was found on the territory of the Moldovan village of Tudora in the south of the country. According to the authorities, the drone was carrying explosives.

It was announced by Moldovan President Maya Sandu and the country's Foreign Ministry.

The drone fell near the village of Tudora in Stefan-Voda district - not far from the state border. The competent authorities are already taking measures to neutralize the threat.

"The Russian drone detected today in the Moldovan village of Tudora is estimated to be carrying explosives. This is a serious violation of our airspace and a threat to our citizens," she wrote in X.

The Moldovan president also said Russia was endangering her country's citizens.

The Moldovan Foreign Ministry called the incident a threat to citizens' security.

"Moldova reaffirms the importance of respecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity," the ministry said in a statement.
