The ruler is in a small solitary confinement cell.

Former Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, detained by the US military, is in solitary confinement, a disciplinary detention center in Brooklyn. This was reported by Spanish publication ABC.

The dimensions of the cell are 3 meters long and 2 meters wide. Such cells are used to isolate prisoners for disciplinary reasons, prevent suicide, or hold high-risk and high-risk individuals.

Maduro and his wife were captured on Jan. 3 in a U.S. special operation in Caracas and transported to the United States. They are to stand trial on charges of illegal drug and weapons trafficking. Earlier it was reported that the first session of the trial is scheduled for mid-March.
