US And Israeli Strikes Eliminate 48 Iranian Leaders

Trump reported massive losses in Iran's leadership and called the operation a success.

President Donald Trump said Sunday that ongoing U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran have killed 48 Iranian leaders.

He told Fox News reporter Jacqui Geinrich, which she wrote in an X.

"It's going very fast. No one can believe our success: 48 leaders killed in one blow. And it's going very fast," Trump said.

CNN reported earlier on Sunday that Israeli and U.S. intelligence agencies, including the CIA, had been following Ayatollah Ali Khamenei for months, monitoring his daily habits and keeping a close eye on the country's top political and military leaders, waiting for the right moment.

In the past few days, plans have emerged for Khamenei and several other senior administration officials to meet Saturday morning at various locations in the compound in Tehran
