As a result of the exchange of prisoners, which took place on February 5, a military man, who was considered dead since September 2022, returned to Ukraine. This was reported in Kulikivske village council.

"Today our hearts beat differently. Today is a day on which one wants to be silent and thankful at the same time. During today's exchange of prisoners of war, a resident of our community - Daletsky Nazar, a resident of the village of Velykyi Doroshev returned to Ukraine. The one whom we with pain in our hearts considered dead since September 2022. He was alive. He stood his ground. He came back," the council said.

We recall that the negotiating groups of Ukraine, Russia and the United States during a two-day meeting in Abu Dhabi (UAE) agreed on the exchange of prisoners of war, which took place on February 5. 157 people each returned home from Russia and Ukraine. The exchange took place in Belarus.
