A Blow To Russia's Nuclear Doctrine

A Blow To Russia's Nuclear Doctrine
Alexander Kovalenko

How Flamingo missiles penetrated Russia's echeloned air defense.

I think all OSINTers and monitoring groups will be actively forcing satellite images of the Kapustin Yar test site in the next 24 hours. I am sure that in the near future we will see the first images in open sources and conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the Flamingo strikes.

But as of today I can say that the strikes on the Kapustin Yar range are a strike on a strategic facility of the highest importance. In fact, it is the only range in Russia that provides a high level of testing of new missiles and missile technologies, as well as its combat use for launching ICBMs. Of course, there are others, but they do not provide the same wide functionality as Kapustin Yar.

In fact, Ukraine has once again shown the world what Russia's nuclear doctrine can actually do... or rather, what it can wipe up.

The peculiarity of such strikes is that the Flamingo missile was able to break through the Russian echeloned air defense and hit such an important facility, bringing it now, in fact, to the state of a danger zone with increased risks and actual inoperability.

The 4th year of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine has come to an end, the Kapustin Yar test site is out of chat...

Waiting for satellite verification. And perhaps photos from the scene.
