For the first time since last October.

Today, February 5, delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and Russia agreed on an exchange of 314 prisoners, the first in months.

The announced special representative of the U.S. President Steve Whitkoff.

"This result was achieved through detailed and productive peace talks. While there is still much work to be done, such steps demonstrate that sustained diplomatic activity is yielding tangible results and contributing to efforts to end the war in Ukraine," he emphasized.
