War Plan For Ukraine: Defense Minister Names Three Key Points

Russia will be forced to end its aggression.
Ukraine has developed a three-point war plan against Russia, the key aspects of which are closed skies, economic pressure on the Russian Federation and stabilization of the front.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Telegram of Ukraine's Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov.
"Russia continues to fight because it believes it can break us with force and resources. That is why the President has set a clear task for the Defense Ministry team - in parallel with diplomacy to strengthen defense so as to force the enemy to peace," Fedorov said.
The war plan is three specific goals.
Close the skies
Protect civilians and infrastructure is the top priority. The main goal is to identify 100% of air threats in real time and intercept at least 95% of missiles and drones.
"The creation of a tiered 'small' air defense system and scaling of interceptors has already been launched. Important organizational changes have begun. These are the first steps toward a systematic countering of the Shaheds and a stable defense of our cities. When the sky is closed - the country functions," Fedorov noted.
Stop the enemy on land, sea and cyberspace
"The front holds thanks to the unquestionable feat of Ukrainian soldiers. The enemy pays for every kilometer of Ukrainian land. In Donetsk region - 156 soldiers per square kilometer. Our benchmark is more than 200 killed occupants for each square kilometer," the defense minister stressed.
He said this is the level of losses at which advancement becomes impossible.There is already a concrete list of solutions and projects: from improving the procurement system and ending corps reform to transforming the training and data-driven management system.
Deprive the Russian Federation of an economic resource to fight
"The war continues because the Russian Federation has money. The source is oil. Russia sells it around the world through the so-called shadow fleet. It is from this budget that the war is financed. If we cut off this channel - the resource for the war will be sharply reduced," Fedorov added.
He also stressed that this requires: strengthening sanctions, coordination with partners, a strategy to counter the shadow fleet, joint actions with partners at sea, so that Russia's budget deficit becomes the largest in history.
The Ukrainian Defense Minister also stressed that there are already a number of specific actions to implement this plan:
Partnerships. Cooperation to achieve a record amount of international aid already this year - for the purchase of drones, stable payments to the military and strengthening of air defense and other defense system needs.
Technological advantage. It is important to be at least 10 steps ahead of the enemy in every technology cycle, and to maintain leadership in the war of innovation.
