Minsk "Dynamo" Could Not Fly To Sochi Because Of A Drone Attack

Hockey players of Minsk "Dynamo" couldn't fly on February 23 from Nizhny Novgorod to Sochi because of the UAV attack threat regime, writes kp.ru.

"Dynamo" won on February 23 in Nizhny Novgorod against "Torpedo" (4:3) and had to go to the next match of the KHL championship in Sochi on the same day. Moreover, against "Sochi" Minskers should play two games in a row - February 25 and 27. But the team could not fly from Nizhny Novgorod.

It is reported that the hockey players spent more than an hour and a half on the plane, waiting for permission for departure. The permission was not granted and the team stayed overnight in Nizhny Novgorod. Another attempt to go to Sochi is scheduled for February 24.

Rosaviatsiya for the fourth time in a day reported the suspension of aircraft arrivals and departures at Sochi airport due to a drone attack.
