The ruler is appearing less and less in the public space.
The ruler appeared in public on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Ironically, it was this week that Lukashenko, according to his press service, was so busy that he was unable to fly to Trump for the Peace Council.
"Salidarnasts" recalls what Lukashenko did during the working week.
Monday, February 16 - he met with Sergei Glazyev, the secretary of state of the "Union State". And for some reason told him how he wanted to talk to Trump about Venezuela and his friend Maduro: "Some operation was conducted, a man was captured. So what? They showed the whole world who's who. And most importantly, what's next?"
Tuesday, February 17 - congratulated Si Jinping on the Spring Festival and spoke to the government for three hours. The ruler again made excuses for the blackout, recounted how his son Nicholas rebuked him for the blackout, reminisced about 2020 and concluded that "if there was no internal our respective situation, no enemies would have gotten in here."
And also generated "brilliant ideas" on how to fix everything in the country.
Wednesday, February 18 - the press service of the ruler reported that Lukashenko heard the report of the State Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Wolfovich on the progress of the ongoing "large-scale inspection of the combat readiness of the Armed Forces." For some reason, the Commander-in-Chief was not shown.
After that, Belarusians were urgently summoned to the military enlistment offices, delivering summonses literally hours before the specified time of appearance. Social networks exploded with indignation - including the fact that no exceptions were made for fathers of children under three years old.
Thursday, February 19 - he met with the speaker of the Zimbabwean Senate Mabel Memorial Chinomona and discussed the construction of a port in Africa.
On Friday, February 20, Lukashenko did not appear in public. But on his day off, he took to the ice for a game against a team from Vitebsk region and signed caps with his quote, "Take off your clothes and work."
This is the second three-day work week for the retired ruler in a month.
