Moscow Airports Collapse Again

The Russian capital was attacked by dozens of AFU drones.

Russian air defense forces shot down 20 Ukrainian drones on their approach to Moscow during the day, the capital's mayor Sergey Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel. According to Rosaviatsia, because of the massive attack, Moscow airports - Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Zhukovsky - twice had to drive restrictions on the reception and release of flights.

The first time the restrictions were in effect from 15:25 to 16:40 Minsk time. Then, about 40 minutes later, Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo again introduced temporary restrictions on the use of airspace, allowing flights only in coordination with the authorized bodies. Less than an hour later, flights in the capital region were again fully restricted.

"Temporary restrictions were introduced in the perimeter of the airspace of Sheremetyevo airport in connection with the action of the signal "carpet," - reported meanwhile in Sheremetyevo at 18:30 Minsk time.
