A Large-scale Power Outage Occurred In A Region Of Poland

This may be weather related.

In the Pomeranian region of Poland, there was a large-scale power failure on Saturday, February 14, affecting about 3,400 consumers and 126 transformer stations.

This was reported by Polsat News.

According to operator Energa, the problems may be weather-related.

Actual data on power outages can be found on the operator's website, under the "Current Outages" tab.

Polsat News journalists said snowfall caused the power grid failure. On Saturday morning, a 1st degree warning of intense snowfall is in effect in southern Poland.

An additional 1st degree warning of icy conditions has been issued for some regions.
