"White coats" remind that this is not the first incident in Vitsebsk BSMP. In January 2021, there was also a flood on the third floor of the surgical building. Then water poured from the ceiling near the operating rooms, until the plumber fixed the leak, but there were no devastating consequences. Medics say the same pipe failed this time as five years ago.
