The US May Impose A 133% Duty On Russian Palladium Imports

As anti-dumping.

The International Trade Administration (ITA), which is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, has tentatively approved the introduction of anti-dumping measures against imports of unprocessed palladium from the Russian Federation. About it writes "Interfax" with reference to the ITA statement.

The proposed duty rate is 132.83%. This rate will come into effect upon official publication in the Federal Register, which is expected to occur within the next week.

It is emphasized that the final decision on this anti-dumping proceeding should be made tentatively on April 28, 2026, provided that there are no postponements.

The basis for the inspection was allegations that palladium imported from Russia is sold in the United States at an undervalued price, and metal producers are allegedly receiving subsidies.
