"LadaGarant is unable to pay its debts.

The company LadaGarant, which was created in the 1990s by businessman Alexei Vaganov to invest in Minsk real estate, will be bankrupted, noted the website "Belarusians and the market".

At the end of 2025, its owners, the main of which at the moment is Bloom Finance Group, registered in the Netherlands, decided to liquidate the business.

The reasons are clarified by the documents received by the Economic Court of Minsk in the form of the application of "LadaGarant" to recognize its economic insolvency. According to them, the developer's debt to creditors is over Br4.4 million, while the assets are enough to cover it only by a quarter.

"LadaGarant" was established in 1995, and since the late 1990s was involved in real estate investments by Alexei Vaganov. In particular, the company acted as a developer of his native Grushevka. But it could not cope with the volumes. As a result, Grushevka was given to other developers for development.

Alexei Vaganov was among the top 10 most influential businessmen of the country in the 1990s and early 2000s. He made his initial capital on Ford trade and vodka production in Russia, and became famous thanks to the factories "Ford Union", "MAZ-MAN" and "Yelizovo" created with his active participation. The businessman was also an investor in Channel 8.
