Ukraine's Ambassador To The EU Has Spoken Harshly About The Russian "ceasefire"

During the night alone, the occupiers attacked the country with 90 attack drones.

Despite Russia's claims of an energy truce, attacks continue across Ukraine. Ukrainian critical infrastructure and civilians continue to suffer from Russian drone strikes. This was stated by EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Maternova in Facebook.

She noted that there is no truce. The ambassador emphasized that the Russian Federation does not adhere to the agreements.

Maternova said that during the night alone, the occupiers attacked Ukraine with 90 attack drones. In particular, hits on a private house were recorded in Dnipro, killing two people, and railroad infrastructure was damaged in Konotop, Sumy region.

"Is this what a ceasefire looks like? Explosions, dead civilians, destroyed energy facilities and transportation infrastructure. Today's attack is another proof that Russia does not respect the agreements," Maternova emphasized.

The ambassador added that many high-rise buildings in Kiev still remain without heating after Russian strikes on the energy infrastructure. She recalled that many Ukrainians now live with hours-long blackouts.
