Russian troops struck a service bus carrying miners in Dnipropetrovsk region, killing 15 people. This was reported by energy company DTEK and the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration.
As local publication Sobitie specifies, the strike was carried out on a bus carrying workers of DTEK Pavlogradvugillia in the town of Ternovka, Pavlogradsky district. "Russia carried out a large-scale terrorist attack on DTEK mines in Dnipropetrovsk region. The target of one of the strikes was a work bus transporting miners from the company after their shift. At the moment it is known about 15 dead miners. According to preliminary information, also 7 miners are wounded," DTEK said in a statement.
The Dnipropetrovsk OVA initially reported 12 dead and 7 wounded, noting that the Russian military hit a drone near a bus of one of the enterprises.
