It was emphasized that sovereignty and lasting peace must be an integral part of any peace agreement and be backed by robust security guarantees.
Certainty and Ceasefire Control
The sides declared their readiness to make politically and legally binding commitments, which will be activated once the ceasefire enters into force.
These include participation in the monitoring and verification mechanism proposed by the US, the establishment of a system of continuous monitoring and the formation of a special commission to review violations.

It also confirmed the formation of multinational forces to restore the AFU's capabilities and provide deterrence in the air, sea and land after the cessation of hostilities.
Response to possible aggression
Additional commitments to support Ukraine in the event of a future armed attack by Russia, including military, intelligence, logistical and diplomatic measures, as well as additional sanctions, were agreed.
Coordination and Defense Cooperation
