They submit reports en masse requesting transfer to the rear.
In the Pokrovsky direction, a sharp drop in the motivation of the command staff has been observed among the Russian military.
This is reported by the guerrilla movement "ATESH".
According to the guerrillas, officers of the Russian Armed Forces in the units of the 39th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade are massively submitting reports asking to be transferred to the rear or to less active parts of the front.
The command, in turn, is trying to keep the officers in their positions under pressure - threatening them with disciplinary penalties, demotion and blocking their future careers. In addition, they are harshly blamed for the loss of positions by their subordinates and demand reports on the "stable situation," which in fact does not exist.
Russian commanders are also forced to sign documents that do not correspond to the real situation on the front.
Atesh notes that most officers are demoralized, poorly oriented in the terrain and perceive service in the Pokrovsky direction as a dangerous exile. They are constantly afraid of Ukrainian Defense Forces strikes, guerrilla actions and leaks of information about their command posts and routes of movement.
